Psychologist and licensed psychotherapist (FSP), I work in private practice in Lausanne in a quiet and structured environment.<\/p>

I meet adults navigating transition, inner fatigue, questions of direction or the need for space to observe what is shifting within them.<\/p>

My approach brings together:
\u2013 existential psychotherapy, attentive to choice, life passages and the unique way each person meets uncertainty;
\u2013 advanced cognitive-behavioural therapy informed by international standards;
\u2013 \u2013 clinical hypnosis, which holds a central place in my work and functions as a distinct language for what has not yet found words.<\/strong>.<\/p>

I trained in hypnosis in French-speaking Switzerland with IRHyS and am a member of the Swiss Society of Hypnosis (SHYPS).<\/strong>I have a particular affinity for creating tailored hypnosis sessions adapted to each person\u2019s experience.<\/p>

Training in the UK on LGBTQIA+ lived realities and EMDR work with North-American EMDRIA-affiliated trainers has refined my way of understanding minority trajectories and invisible pressures.<\/p>

Je suis \u00e9galement superviseur et formateur en TCC, avec un master en conseil d\u2019orientation et carri\u00e8re. Ce croisement d\u2019exp\u00e9riences permet de travailler aussi bien les sympt\u00f4mes que les choix, la direction, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 ou les bifurcations d\u2019une vie.<\/p>

I also work as a CBT supervisor and trainer, with a Master\u2019s degree in career counselling.\nLGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent profiles and those who feel \u201cout of step\u201d with standard models find a space where their experience can be considered without reduction.<\/p>

Ma formation au Royaume-Uni autour des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s LGBTQIA+ et mon entra\u00eenement EMDR en Am\u00e9rique du Nord aupr\u00e8s de formateurs EMDRIA ont affin\u00e9 ma mani\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9couter les trajectoires minoritaires, les pressions invisibles et les strat\u00e9gies de protection d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es au fil du temps. Ce n\u2019est pas une sp\u00e9cialisation exclusive : c\u2019est une fa\u00e7on d\u2019\u00e9largir le regard.
