I am a psychologist and licensed psychotherapist (FSP), trained in existential psychotherapy, CBT, clinical hypnosis and career counselling.
I trained with IRHyS in French-speaking Switzerland and am a member of the Swiss Society of Hypnosis (SHYPS).<\/strong>Hypnosis is an integral part of my work, offering a sensory, imaginal and deeper access to what is shifting beneath the surface.<\/p>

My background also includes training in the UK focused on LGBTQIA+ lived realities and EMDR training in North America with EMDRIA-affiliated specialists.<\/p>

L\u2019approche existentielle permet de situer ces v\u00e9cus dans une perspective plus large ; la TCC apporte un cadre m\u00e9thodique ; l\u2019hypnose clinique ouvre une autre mani\u00e8re d\u2019aborder la m\u00e9moire, le corps et les zones plus silencieuses de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>

Alongside clinical work, I write, draw and compose. These artistic practices influence the way I listen and accompany others: attentive to nuance, tension, imagery and the movements between depth and lightness.<\/p>
