Psychologist and licensed psychotherapist (FSP), I work in private practice in Lausanne in a quiet and structured environment.

I meet adults navigating transition, inner fatigue, questions of direction or the need for space to observe what is shifting within them.

My approach brings together:
– existential psychotherapy, attentive to choice, life passages and the unique way each person meets uncertainty;
– advanced cognitive-behavioural therapy informed by international standards;
– – clinical hypnosis, which holds a central place in my work and functions as a distinct language for what has not yet found words..

I trained in hypnosis in French-speaking Switzerland with IRHyS and am a member of the Swiss Society of Hypnosis (SHYPS).I have a particular affinity for creating tailored hypnosis sessions adapted to each person’s experience.

Training in the UK on LGBTQIA+ lived realities and EMDR work with North-American EMDRIA-affiliated trainers has refined my way of understanding minority trajectories and invisible pressures.

Je suis également superviseur et formateur en TCC, avec un master en conseil d’orientation et carrière. Ce croisement d’expériences permet de travailler aussi bien les symptômes que les choix, la direction, la créativité ou les bifurcations d’une vie.

I also work as a CBT supervisor and trainer, with a Master’s degree in career counselling. LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent profiles and those who feel “out of step” with standard models find a space where their experience can be considered without reduction.
